Session 3: Our first Warrior


I tried to remember everything we did but the class goes fast and we keep adding new things, so by the time we are done. everything is a little blurry.

We started with our Flow Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara A) and later review Surya Namaskara B)

Planing to add warrior position to our flow, we do a self adjustment on the wall, holding the black with our shin. It is actually quite difficult. It is interestingly straggling to keep my back foot pointing at the corner of the mat.

The triangle positions are getting easier. Breathing is getting easier as well.

I just purchased the book, so I hope reading the book together with the class helps me remembering the names, the sequences and the positions.
